AUTHENT-NET - Food Authenticity Research Network
The project is aimed at facilitating of the sustainable co-operation between national and international research funding bodies in the area of food authenticity. The aim is to improve competitiveness within the food chain and consumer confidence through better coordinated and cost-effective R & D activities.
